I worked with Jackie Priestley during a challenging period of time in my organization. Priorities were changing and, as part of the management of the organization, I was trying to figure out whether (1) I would be able to influence the direction of the changes, (2) I could adapt myself to the changes if I couldn’t influence them, or (3) it was time for me to leave the organization.
